Now cover the pan with a lid and cook for 30 seconds to less than a minute, the pancake will turn 99% solid by this time, if not wait for few seconds and then flip it, you will see the pancake (with the side down) has got a nice golden brown hue..
- Cook the other side also covered for 30 seconds to a minute and your Pancake is done. (If you want you can again flip it and let the golden brown side cook for another 30 secs or so till you get the desired color but be careful don't burn it.).
